Inside the Artist's Studio
You see what I did there?
Would it be more obvious it I told you what tree I would be?
Well how about a look behind the scenes of my studio?
This is my work station, where I occasionally get creative in other ways. Right now it is getting set up for yet another business idea I have...creating stock photography for bloggers, and yes, that is a crystal ball behind the faux succulent plant. Doesn't everyone have a crystal ball?
Inventory from my shop that perpetually serves as inspiration for future work. See something you like? Shop here!
Stacks of framed wall art from previous exhibition gigs. Yes, I have had my work hanging in galleries up and down the east coast from Vermont to Florida and across the US to California.
One side of my work station. Mostly art books and copies of books I worked on when I was a professional artist working at a graphic design firm.
The other half of my work station, where the magic happens. I also like to surround myself with creativity. My walls are filled with the creative endeavors of my children.
Tools of the trade, or at least two out of the three tools. I think the other camera is in the kitchen.
And finally, the view on the way to my studio, because every artist is a closet hoarder.
Wisteria, BTW.
