It's Not Just For Reptiles

Reptiles shed their skin 3-4 times a year.  Each time is an opportunity to present themselves in a new way.   Every so often, I need to step away, reevaluate and shed the old me so the new me can shine on.  (in the perfect world I would get to do that 3-4 times a year too, but let's not get carried away).
